New Pattern for Class Cancellation Request.

Thank you to everyone who came to read this message! Since there has been a misunderstanding of the class cancellation request between the coach and the Class Support team, we have created a format for class cancellation requests in order to avoid any confusion or miscommunication when communicating through Skype. And here is the simple pattern for you. 
Pattern for Class Cancellation
Hello. I would like to cancel .... (how many) ... classes.
Date:
1. Class 1
Time:
Student Name:
2. Class 2

Student Name:
Reasons:
Example 1:
Hi. I would like to cancel 2 classes.
Date: Today April 8, 2020
Time: 17:30 PM (BKK Time)
Student Name: Somchai (Chai)
Time: 18:30 PM (BKK Time)
Student Name: Nampu (Nam)
Reason: I would like to cancel tomorrow's class because I have to take my wife to the hospital due to a stomachache.
Example 2:
*If you want to cancel more than 5 classes, we allow you to notify only the time, date, and reason without informing the student's name as follows.
Hi. I would like to cancel 6 classes.
Date: May 25, 2020
Time: 14:30, 15:00, 16:00, 16:30, 19:00, 20:00 PM (BKK Time)
Reason: There is a power outage in my city due to a heavy storm. I'm really sorry.
We encourage you to use the Bangkok time zone when informing about these cancellations. You can use this website for a time converter: https://www.thetimezoneconverter.com
*Please ensure that you clearly indicate the time, such as the use of AM-PM, and be careful using symbols; for example, if you want to cancel the class at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, please notify the two classes separately. We highly recommend using the 24 hrs system to lessen the confusion.
*You can start using this format from Apr 9th onwards.
