The changes in our system can be confusing for those who are unfamiliar. Today I will guide you through the necessary steps that will spare you some time and confusion.
Reopening Class Report
Many coaches may have experience informing our team about reopening a report each month when you fail to complete the report in time. We found that this has become a recurring issue and the Working Policies section quoted below does not include clear details about the criteria of our consideration: 'In the case which coaches forgot to submit the class report, there is only one quota each month to reopen the access for completing the report'. Thus, we would like to take this opportunity to clarify and make some changes.
