โดยการเรียนของ Globish จะมีเป็นห้องเรียนที่เน้นความสนุก และการกระตุ้นให้เกิดการโต้ตอบอย่างมืออาชีพระหว่างผู้เรียนและ Coach และจะมี Performance Review and Evaluation ในทุกๆ 5 บทเรียน เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงพัฒนาการของผู้เรียน เห็นผลได้ตั้งแต่ระหว่างเรียน ไม่ต้องรอเรียนจบคอร์ส
